Please complete the service request form below. Providing as much detail as possible below will increase the speed of resolving your service request.
Once you submit a service request, iTOOLco’s service team will contact you about your repair. If your tool needs to be shipped to iTOOLco, they will email you with RMA Paperwork and a service ticket.
Prior to shipping your product:
- Please remove puller extensions, rollers, carts, wheel frames, or other loose parts.
- Firmly secure and cover or shrink wrap the product to an appropriately sized pallet or box to prevent damage in transit.
- Enclose the RMA Paperwork and service ticket and ship* to:
