Please complete the service request form below. Providing as much detail as possible below will increase the speed of resolving your service request.

Once you submit a service request, iTOOLco’s service team will contact you about your repair. If your tool needs to be shipped to iTOOLco, they will email you with RMA Paperwork and a service ticket.

Prior to shipping your product:

  1. Please remove puller extensions, rollers, carts, wheel frames, or other loose parts.
  2. Firmly secure and cover or shrink wrap the product to an appropriately sized pallet or box to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Enclose the RMA Paperwork and service ticket and ship* to:
